I took my Granddaughter to see Presque Isle Park, the black rocks and go on top of the black rocks to see where people jump off of. She is not to much of a outdoorsy type of person but she loved this park. She wants to return to go swimming here and maybe even jump off the the black rocks. I have thought about doing it for 3 years now and still have not. Who knows maybe that day will finally come this summer. Of coarse I did a little rock hunting while there.

What an awesome area. I wouldn’t go in that little cave cuz who knows what lives in there lol. You have a nice little group for rock hounding in this one. Couple of those were pretty funky looking. The water is gorgeous. It looks like a spring. Oh yeah you said pool. That was such a pretty place to do a bit of rock hounding.

Make sure and rock hunt Presque Isle Park in Marquette. There are four good spots there. Also there is a beach near Shiras Park that runs along the road. Great rocks there also. Thanks for watching 🤩

Don't you just love it when kids state the obvious? My granddaughter will tell me I'm old. Good thing she has a twin brother and he will defend me to the death and say no she isn't old she is still 18. I know she does it just to tease me and her brother. Lol.
I'm going up to Marquette for the day on Wed. I can't wait. It's been too long since I've been up. Hopefully, I will find some pretty ones like you did.
Kids always speak the truth, I just laughed it off,lol I really had a great time there and do miss it already. I can tell you love Marquette as much as I do. I wish I lived there if only they didn't get so much snow, it would be a great town to live in. Thanks much for watching😊
You in the heat yet?? Be tuesday on for 3 or 4 days here! Nuts today is in the 60s and windy! Tonight in the 40s! tomorrow in the 70s monday 80s and it keeps going to over 100f and 100% muggy they say! Wow stupid weather! Should be sunny and so wet out that it should get soaked outside! Good thing we has air conditioning living room and in bedroom! Will be on full! Hope yous has air!
We had a few days of extreme heat also. I think more is coming but I will be South on vacation soon. So it will be even hotter !! I have not had to turn on the air yet but almost did a few days ago. It is coming though. I love summer but not the extreme heat with humidity. That is when winter sounds good, lol 😊

I met a young woman recently at the beach by the cliff who told me Don’t go in the cave - people pee in there.
