2nd Question....Where do you host your refund form should someone request a refund??? On a "refund funnel"????
Just on a seperate page and you build a refund form make them work for thier refund lol
Hi Nuno, awesome tutorial - many thanks! Question on the refunds workflow. What would you recommend to upgrade the workflow in case I have multiple courses and the customer previously bought a different course and wants a refund for a specific course only (therefore is still a customer). Would you allow duplicate opportunities? And what's the best way to understand, which course they want a refund for? Maybe via adding a dropdown to the form? Thanks again
Have to make it all seperate or else it will be a very complex if/else starement and put the refund request in the course and make it specific for that course , make sense?

@AutomatedMarketer, at time stamp 32:39 "Membership Site Login".....Where did you create the "custom login" for your course? Was that "Custom Domains" within settings in the membership area?????
Memberships then go to settings the custom domain

I have a question! So it looks like they changed the language from membership to offer in workflows etc (or just took it out completely). So for the NC03 New Member, what would I put for the trigger bc Membership sign up isnt available?
It’s names course something now but it’s the same thing just use that instead, all they did was rename it

This has been an awesome video to follow - thank you so much. At 33 mins NC03 - you send an email msg and have a signature value in it - however, there's no assigned user. Are we supposed to assign a user in here somewhere and you've just overlooked it? I just don't wanna break anything lol

For example, if I were to offer a early bird offer for anyone who purchases b4 a specific date they would get a discounted price, but everyone else would have the regular price. Can we still create a separate product and link it to a course? Thx!

They setting is a defualt setting to not allow them to download, its only on if you turn it ojn.
You mentioned that a (paid) snapshot at the start of the video for these automations was in the description but the only snapshot in the description was the one on your beginners course, which I joined. I've loaded the snapshot into my GHL but I can't see any workflow for courses, as described in this video. Instead of me following along with this video, is there a snapshot for all these automations? Thanks

I contacted ghl and they said they need to fill out the product (course) offer page… so does granting them membership access through the product offer page not actually give them access?
What if you are not charging for the course? Do i still need to activate stripe?
yes use a form (like an optin form as the beggining step)
can you grant them access to a course without giving them access to a community membership? For my example I want to offer a free course as part of a lead magnet but I do not want to give them access to any community membership and save that for paying customers.
100% it all based on permissions , also you can make the community private or vice versa make the course paid

Yes to the sub for a course, it does not care if its single, double or payment plan jsut in theautomation make sure you connect the product

Do you have to do this for every offer you create? What if in your funnel you have upsells? Say 3 additional products/courses? How would you set that up?
You have to create and automation for every upsell and downsell

Didn't you guys just do a video recently talking about GHL doing away with custom domains for memberships because everything goes through the Portal now (czcams.com/video/H8fTpeTTJpg/video.html)? Are you using an old version of GHL or a special version? I'm a bit confused by the disconnect with custom domains now between that vid and this vid here. Thanks for any clarification and thank you for all the training videos and awesome walkthroughs!
You can still make it different areas and high level decided to leave both areas for the peopel taht do not want communites. So they are not going to merge them , but in communties you can access the members area by going to the top right hand side

I only have the Portal domain and no custom domain settings for memberships? Or is there a way to revert back to the old way without the Portal only? Just a wee bit confused here haha.

I am an agency now (and getting clients woohoo) and I got on with GHL support a couple times and so far none of them are know of the way to revert back to using a membership sub domain other than the singular portal subdomain setup. 🤔 Memberships > Courses > Domain Setup, takes me to the Client Portal sub domain setup and doesn't allow me to specify a subdomain for "memberships". Any ideas??
Great course but you talk and go to fast so I totally gave up in frustration by half way, slow down! We are trying to learn something!
No I wont slow down, you can watch it half speed, if I go any slower this video would be four hours long, you can also find a slower channel, read the comments below apparently your the only one having issues.
lol i watched it in 1.5x speed and was able to follow along just fine! I just pause and rewind at slower speeds when i needed it. :)

However the password didn't get sent within the new member email as expected.
Instead a magic login link was there. The same thing you get when adding {{membership_contact.login_url}}
So it looks rather odd lol.
