Certainly one of the best seasons ever for perhaps the greatest player the world has ever seen. Now over 30 and Barcelona captain, Leo continues to reinvent himself and make the world collectively drop its jaw in amazement.
European golden boot, Champions League top scorer and topping practically every statistic possible in Spain. Memorable moments at the biggest of stages and some Puskas-deserving goals. Virgil van Dijk and Bernardo Silva in all honour, this was Messi’s season and he deserves to win all the awards possible.
Finally, amazing review, but a little bit different than the previous ones, you have changed many times the camera angle of one clip, it is good but I like more the classic camera you know like the dynamic in FIFA and without zoom, you did it because of copyright problems?

These angles and zooms gives it a speed and when needed quality factor. If you are like me and watch a ton of messi videos. It's good to watch something different, plus his music/sound placement is on point and matches the intensity. Great, great job in my opinion!

Definitely one of the best seasons but also an unlucky season.That loss to Liverpool completely removed the shine of the hardwork that Messi put in. Still I hope he wins all the possible individual awards.

In future we will explain to our kids.. that 45 goals a season is a career highlight of a player and Messi scored 56 , 48 and 51 goals in 3 consecutive seasons alone and guess what he didn't win the balondor in any of those, that's how rigged this award is

I think among the wc 2022 impact and that fenomenal year with 91 goals, this is the same performance delivered or even higher by a player. Personal, this is the peak of a football player, unbelivable what he did. Imagine just after he left barca after 1 year, they didn t manage to get pass ucl group and with him they almost won... And they compare cr7 to this is just a shame. After cr7 real won ucl benzema became the best player... I mean, you can shine and make others shine or you can shine from other. I was pretty sure that is a complement, and we call him a PlayStation player but he's a winger who averages at least a goal per game as a winger, yet my ultimate team striker 95+ rated can't average a goal per game.

He had a remarkable season can’t say the same with the team but he was on another level this year. A bunch of magical performances and a bunch of magical goals. If he woulda won the treble this year this woulda been his best season yet. Hope he continues this form into the 19/20 season with some help this time. GOAT🐐

The team won La liga, was second in Copa del Rey, and a was one match away from reaching the UCL final. Truth is Barcelona and Messi are expected to win everything, anything else is filed as a "failure", which in my opinion clouds people opinion on Messi´s greatness.

People usually jump to either 10/11 or 08/09 as Messi's best performance. However 18/19 is his definitely the best we've ever seen him and probably the best we've ever seen any footballer.

Might get stick for this but this was probably Messi at his absolute best. He single handedly could have won the treble this season. I can't recall anyone carrying a team at the highest level for this long and with this consistency.

Messi loses in decision aspect. The biggest moment of the club is champions, and there ronaldo did way better when needed
@@ayoo8782 i wont call. bruh i say from what i see, in 09-12 i dont remember that much but from numbers and the level of team (barça way better), they were equally decisive. tho since then, Ronaldo have way more numbers from unexpected plays etc, while in a lot of games where i EXPECTED messi to show up and get all the balls through him, he disapeared from the game for 20min, than do some great plays, than disapear again.

If we are to list the top 10 individuals seasons of all time, Leo would dominate with a minimum of 7. I feel sorry for all those who can't seem to enjoy him. The best ever without a shadow of doubt.

Those three are the best in his career in my opinion and I think most people agree. But it's pretty much impossible to decide the order of them.
After those three there are 09-10, 12-13 and 18-19 seasons that fight for top 5 spots.
Then comes 08-09, 15-16 and 17-18 seasons. The worst season in his prime years is 2013-14 and I think everyone agrees.
