Ha ha ... yes, this have to be funny. But in reality it is not. Ursula von der Leyen should do some changings, because we have there structures which do reduce the ability to work properly. At the end she did not reach something. What she did was to make that the soldiers are stopping of being proud of this what their ancestors did in all the centuries before. She did not allow any military trophies or something to remember. She build up everywhere a connection to Nazi Germany, even if it was from the time of the German Emperors. Why did she do this? Because she had no success to find the useless staff in the military and remove this positions to make it more efficient. She was not able to go through the lines and lighten them up. Because she could not communicate with the people she should talk to. Instead she decided to hire some random external consultants. They want a lot of money, came up with very stupid ideas and could not solve any problem ... but they created instead more problems with their changings. But we must be hones. The male parts could not do something and because of their own incompetence they decided that a woman should do it. They did not carry the responsibility that some of the military officers get fired. I was working for the Bundeswehr and I must say that I do not want to go to war with this ... what ever it is. I have seen there a lot and many things there are not working and problems do not get fixed, but I think the worst part are our politicians. I would no trust them that they are doing only the easiest part right.
