- I edited this down so I can have it playing 24/7 on my TV. Just the live, in studio performances plus a surprise performance not part of the Thanksgiving Special (It's Just Me). I'm as big of fan as you. That's why I took the hours out of my Saturday to produce this and that's why you are here. This band is so effing underrated. I love when I can introduce new fans to go down the Blue October rabbit hole. No song is similar. The lyrics so honest and clean - no BS metaphors. Just pure grit and honesty, peppered with real heartache, coupled by glimpses of positivity. Enjoy!

I have to tell you though. Everything was going great, while I was driving down the road listening to this masterpiece. Then….. ‘It’s Just Me’ came on and there I am bawling at a stoplight 🫣. I haven’t heard that song in over 20 years and somehow had forgotten it existed. I used to listen to that song on repeat back in the day. I still knew it word for word except now I’m in my mid 40’s and it has a whole new meaning (to me anyways). Both of my parents and brother, have all passed away in the last 4 years. Unfortunately, now It’s Just Me 😞. Whew that song hit me like a ton of bricks.

It's taken me three or four days to listen to it. I wonder if Justin and Jeremy, my 5th cousins or something, know how many of our family suffer the same mental illnesses.

@@romaurer I just lost my daughter to mental illness and drug addiction. We begged the doctors to give her klonipin and they refused. She was 15 years old when Hate Me was released. We used to cry our hearts out when we would listen to it. Thank you Justin for all you do to help those who are in so much pain. RIP my sweet girl.

No he is really that good live, look at any video even him just singing with no music. There is a bit of a timing difference with the video
& audio which makes his mouth just slightly not align with what he’s singing
