  • Today I tackle the biggest project I have worked on to this day. Mike from Automatic Elevator gave this MASSIVE Dover Impulse panel to me, and the moment I saw it, I had a goal to make it function and interactive. In this video, we will take a detailed look at the panel, AND I'll show you the basic process I took to make this panel work! It was a long and tedious process, but in the end, it was all worth it. Hope you enjoy :)

    I just love these parts video with the how in depth it all is, how it's runned through, how it's been edited and the ambient music in the background which makes it all so professional!

    I like how in-depth you went into each component, all the way down to the lamp socket in each button. This video taught me a lot about Dover Impulse fixtures, and now I feel that Dover was very smart to make a repeating design that is also easy to customize nicely.

    • @stlelevators
      @stlelevators  Před 3 lety

      The only issue with them is how annoying they are to change out in the panel. For the most part, they are a great fixture design.

      There was a lot of time in the making. Firstly, getting it from TX to MO. Then the hours I spent wiring, programming, and troubleshooting. I actually have to rewire most of the panel since I messed up my wiring initially.
