THIS GUY IS RIGHT WHEN I 1ST GOT THIS SCOOTER I HIT 60 MPH AND IT WAS SUMMER HERE IN TORONTO CANADA. AFTER A FEW MONTHS NOW I ONLY GET 50 MPH OR MAYBE 55 WITH TAIL WIND. IN WINTER I RIDE ALOT SOMETIMES AT -30C AND WILL ONLY GET 50 MPH MAX. I'M 210 POUNDS WITH GEAR I just hooked up my Dualtron Storm battery to my Wolf King GT and I can say this thing is now the ultimate scooter. Basically 67AH. Check out my latest video's on it.

This makes total sense because I live in Pennsylvania and was only able to achieve 53 mph and when I sent it back, they said they were able to get 55 mph. My environment was too cold and theirs was probably too hot but there was a time when I first got it that I achieved 62 mph. This totally explains all the different speeds. Thank you.

You have the wrong cell version. The Wolf King GT is using the LG M50LT which is rated at 14.4A per cell and 100.8A for the pack. These are a new cell and they are very good. Rated for over 1000 full cycles. You will see this if you open the deck and check the pack directly. They are NOT M50 cells.

Dude, no offense, but you don't know what you're talking about. The Wolf King GT Pro hits 60mph with my fat ass at 275lbs on flat ground via GPS tracking in Waze on my phone. (I was also able to make adjustments in the settings of the scooter's console to correct the mph displayed since it was off by 3 mph at that speed. They let you change the wheel diameter setting and you can calibrate it to be exactly the correct mph.) Also, no offense but you could have given the key information in 5 to 10 minutes. I literally couldn't sit through the entire thing. One of my majors in colleges broadcast communications so trust me, making CZcams videos is not your forte. It would have been okay if you had good information but your assessment is completely off. I also race cars with autocross which is where I was able to test on a perfectly flat safe ground on the pitt race vehicle Dynamics area, because going 60 MPH on a scooter is terrifying to me lol. Didn't want to do that in traffic lol. But yes, it absolutely does hit advertised speeds. Maybe they are advertising the wrong battery inside, who knows, I'd have to rip mine open and examine the cells individually and I'm not doing that. But you seem to have drawn the conclusion that there's no way could hit the speeds claimed regardless and that's just not true. Mind you I didn't watch your entire video cuz again you drone like a motherf lol. 🤦🏽‍♂️

I'm sorry for the late reply.. just got the phone which I didn't have for 10 months. How is your Wolf King GT holding up on the battery power? I would like to hear results from the owners like yourself. Adding an external battery pack will definitely increase in power also will be able to handle the load better which means your voltages will be more stable without much drop in spike. It's really best to build yourself a battery pack (internal or external) as almost all battery packs sold by the mainstream suppliers are poorly made with cheap battery cells anyway. I will be posting battery pack building tutorials very soon, likely starting in a few days..

Hi, Dualtron Ultra 2 will be able to deliver it. Weped GTR will do 60+.
The Ultra 2 has 18650 LG-MJ1 10p batteries and is reputable and has enough headroom to deliver you that power. Weped GTR has Samsung 50E batteries and gives you plenty of power to get you 60 mph as well.
There are other scooters like the Dualtron Thunder 2, Storm Limited, and Kaabo Wolf King GT but they all use LG-M50T batteries so you have to find best weather that this battery likes in order to go 60 mph or higher.
Nami Burn E Viper is sub 60 mph scooter and the batteries are not consistent. Bronco Extreme can go 60 mph but the quality/reliability is at concern.

    • @noobz5056

But yes the controller's cant pull out 100 amps all the time because of the temperature.
Note no one shoud run the scooter at gear 5 double motor more than 20 minutes as the motors will heat up very quick and the range drops significantly so most people should run the scooter at gear 3 which requires less amps and top speed and leave gear 5 for top speed runs only plus that the motors will not run at 8400w - and thats why the nami burn 2 max is a faster scooter with a smaller battery and less wats on the the motors using the same controls because they ise a Panasonic battery which is better than the LG and can sustain more power and push more amps.
And no the LG battery is better as the Samsung batteries are catching fire while charging for some reason.

LondonCyclist, I am back. Was gone for 7 months (life/spiritual difficulties). While I appreciate and respect your comments as you are our regular here the things you hear about these speed claims are not valid. Very shocking and disappointing that most of GPS apps for phones are not accurate, they read higher than the true speed the faster you go. There is an algorithm/formula they use in their programming to manipulate speeds in their GPS apps. Not so noticeable at low speeds but when you get to highway speed (45 mph and Up) the speed difference increases substantially. Try have a friend cop shoot you with his laser gun at high speed in your scooter, and you will not be happy what the cop will tell you.. A lot slower than what you thought were going. These app companies are dishonest with their speed readings. Only very few apps like COOL NIKS GPS speedometer will show very close to true GPS speed. Most out there are not accurate.

OK, I spent some time with God regarding your scooter speed. This is what he told me...
      - You weigh 193 lbs.
      - The temperature of the battery was affected by the 43F above-ground temperature at the time you reached 61.5 mph in your scooter.
      - The GPS app you were using is way off, even though it is GPS.
Your GPS was reporting speed way higher, by 12.5 mph. You were actually going 49 mph. That's what God told me. Most GPS available on app store are way off. The difference in speed between those apps and the true GPS is small at low speeds but the gap will widen drastically the faster you go. Except for the very few, all the rest apps read much higher... You might want to try GPS Speedometer from COOL NIKS (free one) as it reads speed closest to the true GPS.
And lets take this into account that the LG M50T batteries on the Wolf King GT is very sensitive to weather.. There is specific the operating temperature range that battery likes, to get full performance. That 43F above-ground temperature caused some power drop on the battery as well.. Based on your weight and the battery's power reduction that 49 mph is expected. You would have a bit more room for power if the optimal operating temperature was met....you would hit 54 true GPS mph. Please try the GPS speedometer from COOL NIKS.
