The crazy part is we know Webb has to put in so much more work but he takes it a step further with sauce and hella pressure. Though it takes a lot to get a little, no one likes to get hit that much. You can say the same for Needles and Webb JP uses this influence to his advantage along with shmovement.
The way he threatened needles in neutral to prevent zomba getting free gyro pulls was also very clever.

Can some sheik player please explain bouncing fish? I feel like you can either go far or short with it. Please explain
The difficulty for sheik is doing the right combos at the right time.
To put it another way, performing the optimal combo routes when they are optimal is the difficult part. It's all in the decision making.
This is part of it. But I feel like it deemphasizes that the combos are just damn hard. (Also, choosing when to use which combos is a pretty regular thing in fighting games and top players tend to have their own preferences, so it’s hard to say “optimal” in any legitimate sense)

I think that webb didnt realize that zomba wasnt respecting needles in a lot of situations. If he just let them rock (specially at ledge and ledge traps) he wouldve got a lot of kills.... but maybe he was saving it for that last stock (even though he unfortunately dropped it)

I think Webb single handedly shows the potential of a good sheik player. Sheik struggles with kill power and is quite light himself but Webb completely abused sheiks strengths and shows that with a good player sheik can be a competitive monster

Sheik still does, those kills were situational and there was a stock Zomba survived to almost 200%
@@DribinI side a bit more with you than I do with people who profess the character is “really good” at killing bc 15% Lucario is good at killing, if you’re goated enough, and the point is it doesn’t come naturally like it does for other characters. But then it stops being a question of the character and becomes about the player. So yea it depends.
