A tip for the Ice Dungeon is the Pegasus Boots will stop you when you're on ice, so you can tap A (Don't hold it to actually perform a charge) to immediately reset your momentum which is handy for lining yourself up with a stair case in one of the rooms and can be used to just make it easier to control yourself while you're on the ice.

What let you walk super quick in town at around 19:40? You weren't using pegasus boots. The capture wasn't calibrated that well either, the colours are super saturated, especially green.
