Use it when your enemy is monkey mashing their guard button and then use the long knock back to zone by setting up a fully charged Burning Swan in order to play a bit of keep away against someone that only approaches with ki stunning. The fire ball can be used to the block incoming ki blasts if you stick close and position yourself accordingly. This gives them only a few predictable options to approach. They typically try to continue monkey mashing, but if they attemp to guard mash it or simply block it, you can use the side switch of Seagull Combo to apply pressure and open them up with the unblockable strike or you can force them to take the fire ball with her unique throw and get a free a combo. Her new ultimate attack is best combo'd into when using Seagull Combo. Land the move 3 times and it's hitstun to cancel into the ult will be 100% consistent as it is a hidden mechanic of the move to speed up the startup of Justice Drive.

Her Combos Help Videl's Potential On Her Buffs, Her Seagull Combination Is A Great Combo Extender Which Helps Justice Drive By A Ton Of Start Up Speed And Power, Burning Swan Is A Great Move To Fully Charge, Swallow Shot Is A Great Move To Counter, And DBS Videl Has Maximum Charge. So I Recommend DBS Videl.
She's the best out of the bunch besides 18. Broly would've been op. If he could actually HIT the enemy, but unfortunately the devs buffed invincibility on steps and Restrained Broly already has pretty shit hit priority and reach, making him easy to bully.
