Coconut oil - 1 tsp + 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili - 3 - 4
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Black peppercorn - 8 - 9
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 - 2 strings + 1 - 2 strings
Raw banana - 2
Tamarind - small piece
Water - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chili - 2
Hing - 1/4th tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
Salt as needed
Coconut - 1/2 cup
