I love how they didn’t even attempt to lip sync.
Well, they use the same animation over and over again in all of The WB's promos back in the day, and wanted to save a little extra money on production value and editing so they gave the animators of the mascot a break instead of commissioning them to create new original animations of him.
Cut-and-paste segments were pretty much the norm in all WB promos, interstitials, and bumpers from the late 90's to the mid-2000's.

I remember the sponsor jingles. I remember the ones he did for Colgate toothpaste and Pantene.
Man, I miss watching these on The WB. It was a great network, may, it never be forgotten.
