You're absolutely right, my friend! Controlling your mind is such an important skill. It's all about being aware of your thoughts and emotions, and consciously choosing how to respond to them. By practicing mindfulness and focusing on positive thoughts, you can gain control over your mind and shape your own reality.
You right my friend, it starts with the mind like he said.. only through meditation and silence you will truly get a glimpse of few things that are not visible, thing a normal mind can't comprehend.. And through practicing mindfulness, you will know thats there is no positive or negative thought or emotions,, they are wat they are, unless you judge them,, feel wat ever you feel, find its purpose, even a slightest illness can can carry greatest insights towards becoming a best version of yourself.
