Crusty sandwich rolls - flour, yeast, salt, water, and time... the best roll for Italian-American sandwiches - roast pork, cheesteaks, hoagies, chicken or eggplant cutlet, sausage and peppers, peppers and eggs, and more. Easy to make (I'm still working out my rolling technique). Delicious!
