You & Rick Sheilds are my FAVORITE to watch!!! I really am learning the game @ 50 yrs old.. I was a monster athlete(but never played golf) I have a bar in my right femur and pins through lower right femur & upper right femur, broke me pelvis and hips in 16 different places so I'm having a hard time with power (which kinda PISSES me off) & you can call me Sir slice NO JOKE.. I'm trying to learn to many things all in one 😞😞😞
I need to know should I get a lesson or 3 to get myself a good "set up" + routine??!
I get better every time I hit the range but now I'm almost embarrassed to go to the course 😔😔🤦‍♂️

I have recently suffered from a sudden attack of the dreaded shanks. Really bad. I saw this video and noted your comments about turning the feet inwards prevented the hips from turning. As as result, I went to the range and turned my right foot inwards at setup (I’m right handed BTW) shanks disappeared!!

How do I know how far to have the driver in front of me? I love this drill as I was always loosing my balance at the end of the swing. By placing my outside too on an angle I have a better stance. Thank you
