70% of times the cause is expired or dried thermal paste. I repasted my pc and 4 months no bsod. Just use third party software to check your temps under load. Mine even reached 102°C.

When you get the blue death screen, and it's crashing you don't have access to all this features !!!! your GUI is not working properly so your advice is useless !!!

After 3 failures to start up properly, Windows will attempt to fix itself (and invariably fail, as per tradition) at which point you will be dumped in the recovery environment, at which point you should choose startup options and then starting Windows in Safe Mode, if that fails, you are doing the command prompt stuff instead.
Safe Mode will fix like 80-90% of things, that will prevent a succesful Windoows boot.
