These ISO images arent stable meaning that these UUP images are only for testing. Only use MSDN or Official stable ISO images to avoid drama. These UUP can be very buggy.
Because those iso's are from the windows insider preview they are not meant to be stable. But you can download a stable release from uup. And all of these files come from Microsoft or msdn. Just a different way of getting them.

I use this website mostly for getting Insider ISOs, just be sure your CPU can handle the WIM/ESD compression part

Yes but original hash checked iso is better if you are extreme paranoid for peace of mind plus check the scripts for interesting settings of uupdump
