Why doesn’t you shop stand behind the work you do? No warranty, if you mess up the customer eats the cost
Warranties are for stock cars. As soon as you modify it its understood that you are going beyond what the car was designed for. Want a warranty? Keep it stock. That's not the job of a performance shop.
