Bolt used to lean back and rock his head back and forth. He was trained to stop that and be more efficient. It's all part of a learning process. ☆ I'll add that even after his form got better Bolt never was the one to look at for proper form. You look at Asafa Powell for that. He had the most efficient form. Bolt was also mouth breathing and puffing. Asafa had more controlled breathing as well.

I'm starting to think that Tebogo jogs the first 100 on purpose just to see if he can reel people back in on the home stretch after giving them a head start. He was clearly going nowhere near 100% in that first 100, and he's done this many times (excluding the 200m Olympic final, of course).
LETSILE TOBOGO has a classic running style. Very fluid and not a lot of wasted energy through unnecessary body movement. If LETSILE doesn't break USAIN bolts record it will be close to it because he is clearly one of the better athletes of our generation future generations as well.
