This isn't a one things filter and oxygen thing I'm pretty sure, but having a filter without electricity would be cool. Hope this helps, for more about no electrical pump keep searching till it kinda becomes a underwater pump with bubbles 🤔👍

nope it was free in the water , this process have got to do with air compress in the water bottle and water pressure out to the tank. You will need to submerge everthing in the water , then pull out the bottle on the surface and make sure the black tube open end , still submerge in water , so when the water in the bottle flows out , it will creates a pulling factor . That's where the water in the black tube got suck out following the water out of the bottle. This design is very wise but this method of sucking water out was known for decades.
