Hi! My name is Christopher Odd and I’ve been playing video games on the internet for a few years. I really enjoy a variety of games but generally lean towards games with a unique and engaging story (Bioshock, The Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077, The Last of Us etc), strategy/roguelike games (XCOM 2 War of the Chosen, Darkest Dungeon, etc), and RPGs (Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Dragon Age, etc). Pretty sure you are correct about the morale drops being from the trenches/transport deaths. There was a jump of 14 at the 40 minute morale drop
That last Save/Load screwed you 40 pills. And some other numbers changed
yeah it seems like the savedata loader in this game is super buggy. Quests disappearing, not being tracked properly, resources being given randomly and taken away on load
The reason I think all battle are blue is because of a mission you completed and HQ sent you reinforcement. Keep up the good work !
You need more cemetery workers. I think the one team you have isn't burying anyone, just getting more bodies to pile up. One of the flavour texts that popped up on screen had the lone team working there mention how "birds were starting to get at the bodies" which is probably why you're seeing big morale drops too, or at least part of the reason. 2 teams would mean if one is getting more bodies, the other team can do the burials.
Yeah a single team only transports, it doesn't bury.
I wish there was more to do in the trenches view. like bolstering defences, doing things that could minimize casualties. things like that. I wouldn't expect you to be able to fight ,but maybe me able to do it from a commanding officer back at hq kind of standpoint would be interesting.

The thing is you can guess if the morale drops are due to the deaths but then you get -20 morale in a second and then a few minutes later a +24. It's all guesswork and nobody knows for sure because the numbers aren't visible to the player

This series has been killer! I think all you really need is medics and that advanced dressing station. Once they get to the hospital you’re killing it. It’s just the ones in the trenches that you can’t get to. I think that’s your only problem.

Moraledrops is mostly due to perks like "morale rises when working" morale drops when there is a shift change or staff is moved to resting.

The most annoying thing is that a lot of people in the comments have been saying that its because people are dying in the trenches, and its counting as deaths in transport, if you go back like 2 or 3 vids people are literally saying this, but yet you are comstantly saying "i dont understand the moral drops" Its very frustrating. Other than that i have been really enjoying this series so far, and i have subbed :)
One thing to understand is a) batch recording so if I mention something a bunch, I obviously didn’t catch the comments and b) I literally cannot catch every comment.
So try not to get annoyed and just enjoy the show
Yeah i do understand that, however when i have seen multiple comments on a lot of vids its just frustrating, but i didnt mean to have a go at you or anything, like i said ive been enjoying the vids, and love the work so far on the game, you are doing very well either way! @@ChristopherOdd
I have been thinking.. there must be keyboard shortcuts for the facilities right? All this clicking seems tedious.
I always send exhausted people to rest... it works better than waiting. Just from the few minutes or so you left them working in the exhausted state, they went from 5 hours (which is the line for exhausted) to 6.5 hours. So, the rest timer increases faster after they reach the exhausted state.
Could the drop in morale be connected with the death bodies and the cementary. I see a lot of bodies and low workforce

The game has a lot of inconvenient bugs, it's an extra layer of difficulty to you. At least no game breaking bugs
Lol, your resources reset after loading game? It's the same time and day so I guess you didn't load wrong save. Maybe make sure noone else at your home plays at your profile and overwrites your saves, nothing else comes to my mind than a prank. xD

I like the way you undertake the missions with the scouts. And the way you manage your hospital is overall effective.\Though I struggle to understand the need of you having to amputate patients during surgeries when you have surplus of medical supplies. Can you please explain that to me?
You have to think about the patiens value to cost, so 1 draft order patien using 7 medicine etc is very high for what you get for them. Think as patiens as a recource (Combat power, draft order) ofc that is morally and ethically questionable in real life...
@@Westbase6432 ok. Now, I am more inclined to agree with the overall strategy that it's applied here. And in cases if dire shortages, of course some patients will have to be amputated or even denied treatment in order for resources to be spared to be used for those that stand a chance to be saved.
I just think that now that both the equipment and the manpower are in a greater availability, these restrictions can at least be relaxed a bit

Man this game is soooo buggy. That save+load dropped all of your supplies down, some even to half. This game really needed more time to cook, what a shame.

Odd.... if you had no Nurses working in Rehab, they just STOP their rehabilitation. Probably should have at least 1 nurse on the night shift, maybe 2.
You literally lost half of hour supplies when you load your game. I wonder does this work both sides and they can just appear.
Your morale drops are from the "moral raises when working" people going off shift. the moral goes with them.
imo the way that bonus is implemented is not very good. What everybody would expect is that you get a small trickle of morale when that worker is on shift and you don't lose it when they go for a break.
otherwise picture this scenario: you are at 95 morale, the worker gives you +10 and caps at 100, then they go off duty and you drop to 90. pretty scuffed
@@starjadiancloneinvestigato1772 Exactly, i agree fully. Its what I would expect, but if you notice that moral hit always happens at shift change. :)
Please realize this you may heal people twice but you're not using the other 12 hours😊
