I have seen, heard, read and watched hundreds of TH stories and this one is one of the best. She took many (almost 20?) years to collect her desires, took advantage of an opportunity, trusted a good builder, and now has something anyone would be proud to own. Good job!

This is one of the nicest tiny homes I’ve seen. I felt so relaxed watching this. What a wonderful space. Also, she has such a positive and peaceful vibe. I have a house in the suburbs which I’m happy with and extremely grateful for, but I’m 62, and I want to be her when I grow up!

I've been minimizing my life as I live in a 2br apt. with my 19y/o son. I have truly visualized myself in my tiny home and I pray GOD will help me to bring it to reality. I’ve been watching a lot of Tiny Homes.. Looking at her place has me leaning more and more on a Tiny Home.
This is a nicely laid-out tiny home but more importantly, Tyshae is such a joy brings a pure and happy heart to her environment. There is nothing better than having your own business and running your life the way you want. Keep up the great work!!!

I like her tiny home. It seems to be longer than many others, but that's ok. The French doors, tiny barbecue on the front porch, open shelving, and the orderliness are my favorites. Seems very spacious too. Glad Tyshae is happy in her new home! I hope more of these will become more popular moving forward in this country. We don't need huge palaces. :)
I really like this one alot! I love the way the steps go up to loft & you can stand up at top & get in bed! Been seeing these types more & more. Her place is so open & roomie. Nice😁👍
As someone with mobility problems, I really like the short ladder with deep rungs and two handrails that would make it easy to pull yourself up onto the loft landing. The pull-down step up to the bed is another cool touch.

Lovely woman and story. I was blessed to have been able to work from home for twenty years, raising the kids and home schooling. I kind of get the satisfaction she is feeling. I’m so happy her dreams became a reality. She certainly did all the right things!
How impressive to not only have manifested this vision from 12 years old, but to be able to run a business from her home and still make the small space functional. For the functionality and beauty of it, I thought 85,000 was reasonable, but I am Canadian and it would be very reasonable in Canadian dollars. I hope that Canada embraces the tiny home movement and creates tiny home communities. I really enjoyed this video. Sending love & light to Tyshae!
I have only watched half, but wanted to say that this video is also a blessing to be able to "meet" someone who has kept her dream alive & well. I wish she was closer to Washington State as I would use her amazing abilities to reenergize my mind, body & soul as well. What a delight she is!!!!~

Thank you for showing us Tyshaes tiny home. I love the 2 standing lofts. She has it all together. I also love her art and motivational "cat walk." The bathroom layout is so smart, with the laundry area. So many tinyhome owners, because they don't have a standing loft, get dressed in the bathroom. It's really inspiring to hear Tyshae talk not only about how she manifested her dream, but how encouraging her parents were about it. I also loved seeing a athletic woman taking the great things sports gave her and using them to spart her own business. Sports are important for girls too.
It just hit me maybe one day I can bring my home audio, video and internet service job experience to tiny home owners. With the tiny home movement there's all kinds of services that are tailored to tiny home owners even heated flooring for tiny home
I really like the fore planning in the lofts, walk/standing areas. And having the laundry/bathroom all under the one end with the kitchen; rest of the house is bonus area for lounging/exercise and her relaxing instructions. Great plan! ❤️

You can tell she put so much thought into the design of this home because it’s perfect and beautiful - from the genius layout, to the light and windows, the the multiple levels and loft standing and storage space that is perfect for how she and her guests use it, the opening in that wall for light and air flow, the warm and lovely woods, and serene but artistic flair, the balcony, and even the drop down step.
This looks like the same community as the folks in the last video story and like I said there, this community seems wonderful and the way folks are supposed to live - in a tribe of diverse folks who are supportive of each other (and enrich each other’s lives and community). Love her way of setting long term goals and working consistently to achieve them, sense of responsibility (keeping that ladder locked up except when needed), wisdom (agree quality is worth paying for over quantity), her life gratitude, and spiritual connectivity. She seems like another wonderful gem of a neighbor in a terrific community. Well done!

Hello! I’ve been watching the Tiny House movement for a couple of years. This video is the first I truly enjoyed watching and listening to. I like Tyshae’s soothing voice and I truly like her dream home. I am happy that she talked about, her dream from childhood, to the set up of her own business and how she incorporated her work into the space within her house. I also enjoyed her philosophy on life and her respect for thanking her Higher Being and her family for her blessings. I wish her much joy, happiness and success throughout her life. I believe she will definitely have a hand in creating her future. God bless you.

The part she said about kids running around free is such a beautiful thing because now days in most places you can’t just leave your kids outside for a sec without someone trying to snatch them up! So this is pretty cool ♥️👍🏽

Sensational - what a beautiful build this is. Stand up bedroom, flushing toilet, fabulous window with so much light coming in - so clean, neat and organized. This young woman really has her head together and it sounds like the development is also a good place to live. She has everything you need including a washer/dryer and is so positive!

I viewed this homeowner's home tour on another channel a while ago. She and several others who live in that tiny home community made videos showing their homes and the community that was created in Dallas. I liked her home because hers was one of the first I saw that although technically a loft, she designed her bedrooms to be standing height so there's no crawling involved. I also liked her balcony because that's also something you don't see on very many tiny homes.
I love this her energy and her tiny is beautiful and so well thought out...she is very inspirational!
