1 onion
1 bell pepper
2-3 stalks celery
3 tbsps butter
1 tsp lobster base
1/4 cup sherry wine or dry white wine
1 tbsp roasted garlic
1 tbsp hot sauce and worcestershire sauce
2 blocks cream cheese
cajun seasoning and AP seasoning
Old Bay
8 oz colby jack cheese
8 oz parmesan cheese
4 oz cheddar

It’s in the grocery store - not refrigerated, on the shelf with the seasonings/spices & bouillon cubes etc. Better Than Bouillon company makes several flavors - beef, chicken, etc. Merry Christmas!
