He claims the defendant assaulted him, resulting in severe injuries, so he’s suing. The defendant says he punched the plaintiff because he was coming at his wife and mother-in-law. He’s suing for lost wages.

I've been a Landlord for over 26 years. I have never enter any of my renters HOMES this is beyond crazy & illegal without a 24 hr notice....Also, the tenant is always home if the maintenance person has to enter the home.

It didn't matter what the boyfriend called her, they were just words. The Son-in-law escalated the altercation by introducing an object.
