I just don't understand how college students paying $600 to store their crap for a few months is going to help reduce student loan debt. Besides, college is a scam anyway and people should invest their time, money, and energy in something that is actually going to help them be successful in the future.

How do you guys add the evaluation if they want 50,000 for 10%. How do you do the math
In total, there is 100% equity. If they want 50,000 for 10%, just add a zero to both. That means 500,000 for 100%. Otherwise, you can calculate the value of 1% like this: (50,000 / 100 * 10 = 5,000). Now you have 5,000, which is basically 1%. Multiply this by 100 and you will get 500,000
Just divide the dollar amount by the percentage
