1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
1 TBSP CORN FLOUR
1 GREEN CHILLI
MIX
BEATEN EGGS
MIX WELL
PLACE A FRY PAN
1 TBSP OIL
POUR THE MIXTURE
COVER AND COOK FOR 7-8 MIN. LOW HEAT
FLIP
COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MIN.LOW HEAT

I made this! For some reason, i thought that it would turn out crispy and it didn’t but it was still delicious!! I liked the different flavours like the sweetness from the cabbage/carrot, slight heat from chilli and hints of coriander plus it’s healthy and was a good way to clear out what i had in the fridge 🙌
