    I want to leave the US but finding somewhere where the cost of living is lower and there is a medical facility that is familiar with rare diseases is what I'm looking for. How much do you have to have saved to go?

    • @findingmaitribe

      That answer varies. It depends on your lifestyle and how you want to live. America is one of the worst countries to be in… if you have medical problems. Medical procedures and medicine costs a lot less in other countries. And doctors actually care for their patients. 😊

      Correct, and I always say that there is an ATTACK on the individual by using anything that resembles an institution and a business in Society to use it against the individual; like landlords. How Come Landlords, hospitals, schools, and institutions of any kind Can and will Destroy Your Reputation as they please; hence "Credit Scores", and they Can and will destroy your Record with anything they want to put in your record freely and without any consequences to them; but As an individual, you are faced with the Consequences of their actions, but there is NOTHING that you can DO to protect yourself from their actions against You that it was done intentionally to destroy You.

      @@SneakerHead-n7f You need a Break. If you can Save Up Some Money, or have Some SAVINGS from before. And you can Do Something Online for 6 months. I suggest to Go to Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. It's a Country right Next to Singapore. It's SAFE, Affordable, Peaceful. And the people are nice; Not everyone, but a Great majority of the People are Really Nice and some Speak English. You Can Get an Apartment either Via Airbnb, or locally once there for about $400-$500 a month, and that's a LOT, Some Smaller Apartments don't even reach to $400. The public transportation is Great and there are tons of malls and activities you can Do. The Weather is Hot all Year Round and about the same, Not many changes in the Weather. The Apartments include EVERYTHING. Rent, Water, Electricity, Air Conditioner. And Some Buildings have Infinity Pools & Gardens. One guy went there and used an Airbnb for 6 months, and found a way to set up a Small Business there (Very Small) He asked the AIRBNB host if he could Rent from her for Another Year and just PAID Six months at a time! You have to leave for few days, and then Come Back to Malaysia for 3 more months. But most people Go to Singapore on a Bus. You NEED Your Passport. Your American passport will Grant You 90 Days and then you have to leave to Singapore for 5 - 8 Days and Come Back and they will Grant You Another 90 Days. But it's WORTH IT. A lot of people there Who Run Airbnb Apartments, They Love it when YOU RENT IT for 3 - 6 Months!!! They Are NOT fussy like Americans, They Just Want the Money, and the feel it's Better for them to Not have to Clean it ever few days when a tourist leaves. You Can Teach English in Malaysia or Vietnam. Life is Affordable. In Malaysia they struggle with the English language but you'll Get by with English, they try hard to Help You, the people are Nice. The way of LIFE is Relaxed. Everything is Affordable.

    Someone pointed gun at me here in LA for no reason while I was strapped to driver’s seat waiting for a green light. Utter helplessness, my life flashed before my eyes thinking that’s it, this is when your life ends. I hated the corporate grind, the bad overpriced food that gradually gave me Crohn’s disease, the unbearable social anxiety, the fast pace of life and unhealthy consumerism, the toxic politics, the people being on edge all the time. But this one incident was the last straw I quit my job and next week I am flying to Europe, where I belong. USA is CRAZY place! (and not in a good way) Btw your dog is adorable!❤️

    I was standing outside at 9am with my dog and my bike in FRONT OF my home. A lady drove up in a black car got out on the phone and said “excuse me is this your dog.” After ignoring her she immediately said into the phone “there is a dog out here abandoned.” She then continued saying there is a guy out here and he is hitting me and punching me. I simply walked away. And before I could get a block down the sidewalk I’m surrounded by police. And that’s when I knew I would no longer allow the abuse. I am not American. I will share this about me with you Ronnie:
    I'm in my early 60's. I was born into this "lifestyle". My highly educated (BA/MA), Black single mother got fed up with the U.S. in *1968,* during that particular period of "Civil Rights". She packed herself, and her only child (me) up, and we moved from Los Angeles to Recife, Brazil. I was in the 5th grade. It wasn't as spontaneous as that, as she planned it out and had a job setup as a counselor at the American school there.
    We lived on the Boa Viagem, across from the beach for almost 3 years. She made it a point to travel around that area, so we visited (by bus) areas North like Fortaleza, down to Bahia. We toured massive sugar cane plantations West of Recife. Traveled a small part of the Amazon by boat. She met a Portuguese gent, and then we moved to ... Portugal in late 1970. His job then took us to Kenya for a bit. I have 3 citizenships as a result of just that time.
    Ultimately we came back to the U.S. in time for me to go to High School.
    The short of it is I have been to 77 Countries and have lived in 4 for at least more than a year. Since about 15 years ago, we maintain residences in Johor Malaysia and Tangier Morocco, as well as our home in the U.S. All of this to illustrate my experience to ask you a question: You're young, and Assuming you have family in the States - perhaps parents - have you pondered what your plan will be if your aging family members in the States require care, if they are unable to care for themselves?

    I'll be retiring at 57 years old and likely moving to Vegas to live out the rest of my life as a gentleman of leisure and forecaster of sporting events. I'm single, never married no kids and own my own monastery with several chariots. I will continue making moves in the stock market for long term gains and leveraging my knowledge of sports for instant, tax free income. Good day..

    I’m wanting to move to the UK from Ohio in the fall of 2025 . My question is how hard was it to go through the visa , passport process and was it very expensive to move overseas ?

    • @firstjohn3123
      @firstjohn3123 Před 21 dnem

      Be careful, the UK now has some new laws that can jail you for saying the wrong things in public...however, I wish you well in finding your niche...and educate yourself on American tax ramifications of moving overseas-especially reporting...The U.S. is one of the only countries that taxes money made anywhere in the world, simply because you're a citizen of the U.S....many people who have lived/worked in Europe have had to expatriate due to the tax situation.

    Anybody can pick up and leave, but do you know how to make a home for yourself wherever you are? I lost my family at 10 and was put in a group home in Albany, NY, at 13 in 1979. I had my little room and a shortwave radio, and I strung the antenna through the length of the attic (I still have no idea how I got that one past the staff 🤣). I currently have a 375 sq ft apartment in Los Angeles for $1000. I have a black-and-white and color photographic darkroom, office, wood workshop, and living room all in this space. I have just 3 years working before I can retire on $5K a month from my California pensions. If I had run to Europe in 1991 after my German girlfriend or to Canada in 2007 for teaching or 2017 after a corporate divorce or Montenegro in 2024 because I can, my $5K pension would be off the table. If I do retire to Eastern Europe to take advantage of what it offers, I'll have resources and the experience of knowing how to make a home and knowing how to stay and fight. What I'm saying is: DON'T RUN.

    Australia is a socialist country. Like Amy countries in Europe and Asia. USA 🇺🇸 North America is best country to live where people can work and reach their dreams, there are many reasons people from different countries looks for USA to be first destination and that has to be with freedom and liberties and higher paying jobs that can’t find in socialist country

      Socialism is not bad. Providing your citizens with affordable housing, healthcare, and college is not bad. I repeat, socialism is not evil! A system that privatizes these essentials to the point where it's unaffordable for most citizens however...
