You teach law but neglect to realise how much this violates the uks uncodified constitution. Mainly naming the bill of rights 1689 and Magna Carta. They are stripping away our rights to liberty, freedom, and sovereignty. This law violates our God given rights. In the UK we are run under a monarchy political structure. And in theory we still have an executive branch of the government whose primary role is to uphold the UK constitution. They have not done their job. Hundreds of years ago people would've taken arms against their government for doing this

They took our weapons for this exact reason.

Hi Mr Marcus I would like to ask you how can we find cases that followed EU law of a case we study?

Question, in s90 Power to alter expiry date, it uses the phrase "A relevant national authority may by regulations provide". What does "relevant national authority" mean in the context of the UK? The UK government? Parliament? The devolved legislatures? Or are we talking about things like NHS England, which could be deemed a "relevant authority" as regards half this Act, and is arguably "national"?

Hello, have you produced any video explaining the Bio Hazards Act UK and what is required before any action can be taken that requires an individual to wear a mask, get vaccinated, test, track, trace etc?

@@marcuscleaver have you studied the data from the WHO and CDC which clearly exposes this is all a fraud and never deserved any lock downs? Have you seen the news on Dr Lock down Neil Ferguson head of the London Imperial College funded by PRC and Bill and Belinda Gates? He was self quarantining when he supposedly had the virus and proceeded to have an affair during this time with a married woman with children from the other side of London from him. The facts are pretty clear.
