He is obviously lying about not knowing how it got out. I think it would be easier for him if he just came clean and said that he sent it to some friends. "Playing around" doesn't make sense. Nobody records something just because they're playing around. People record things because they have intentions to use the video in the future. That is literally the only reason to record something.
You got the first half right, but it's 2016, everyone has a cell phone, and people take millions of videos a day for whatever reason they want... D'angelo is an asshole for this and used this in a wrong way, but not everybody is trying to stab you in the back. That's what you make it sound like at least haha
