Thanks Tom for the encouragement, may you're brother rest in peace. I admit to struggling with bible reading but rather than just opening randomly after viewing this I'm going to start with Matthew Mark Luke and John, i won't put pressure on myself to read a full hour each time but I'll invoke the holy spirit and my guardian angel to guide my discernment and concentration as i read, because of noisy neighbours I'll probably need to play very quiet relaxing instrumental music in the background to block out distracting noise, I'm not a fan of headphones. Ha. Blessings.
