I learned a very simple version of the first part of this when I was a kid taking lessons and just today it popped in my head. I was like "There's no way it was that simple a piece!" Yeah. It looks like it is and it's so freaking pretty. Now, I need the sheet music for it again!!

I recall listening to this from the old Switched on Bach recording... Taught myself how to play it on guitar and enchants all who witness through Strat and Marshalls. Thanx, Mrs. M. Bach!!

it's not easy playing the piano.
you have to split your brain into 2 parts.
you're basically playing 2 instruments simultaneously: the left and right hands.

@@SilviF.. Well I started piano in 2019 and in 2022 I finished Chopin’s Heroic Polonaise. I stopped taking lessons last year cause of school and I don’t really play as much as I used to. I really wanna get back into it but time really hasn’t been on my side. But that’s where I’ve been piano wise lol

this is an amazing interpretation! however I think you lack of emotions during the performance, but maybe is just the fact that the position of the camera is only showing your hands but yeah, I recommend putting more emotion and feelings to your interpretations :)
What do you want from this man? An undulating body? A dance while playing?
I am tired of this unexplained "emotion" that technically amazing players are expected to show.
This gentleman has spent more of his life performing and studying music than you have been alive. One would think he would have a better idea of how to play and "interpret" the music than you can even imagine.
TheFlyingHat hahahahahha no, you made me laugh so hard :P If you read correctly, I said "but maybe is just the fact that the position of the camera is only showing your hands" I meant that changing the position of the camera will show the emotions he shows while playing. it was just an opinion :)
+TheFlyingHat and yeah, im so sorry if you are tired of the "unexplained emotion" I am talking about, but in my opinion, it could be a much better performance if the player shows what he feels during his performance. maybe you think my opinion in this case is a little unfair, but yeah, I guess I like to see performances where the pianist is really playing with his feelings. :)
@@antoniovmu4902 This is very old but I'm going to reply anyway. You know absolutely nothing about music, I don't want to sound offensive but it's true. You know absolutely 0 about music. Emotion in music is showed in the sound, it's dynamics and tempo. Not in the faces and movements from the body.
