I don't how else to say it but, every time the gate drops, Chase needs to assume the mindset of "F&^% it, look out mofos, I am coming THRU!!!" That is what he did when came thru from the back of the pack. He HAS the speed. He just needs to assume the MINDSET. If he can put his speed and that specific mindset together for each moto, he would be UNSTOPPABLE. "Jett? Who's that?"
After red bud and seeing chase in the red white and blue gear he makes me think of captain America especially with how jacked that dude is. Chase is definitely the best rider we got for America and I’m here for it.

Damn! James is spot on. Chase seems to have a magnet for lapped riders and has hard time passing. Always runs into lappers. Dude look up like Hunter did to avoid situations. This could be a game changer for Chase!
I got my 450 out the other day for the first time in about 3 years. I could barely pull the clutch in after 15-20 minutes of riding pretty much a turn track. The day after the muscles in my butt were sore from not riding the bike for so long. I ride my 4x4 ATV just about every weekend so was a little surprised about being sore so quick. I'm getting old and have soriatic arthritis so I can't ride like I used to.
I never correlated Chase’s crashes and errors could be tied to not looking ahead. I need to start looking further ahead also. (Then quickly back down. Rinse - repeat)
I just don’t see what all the media is saying about Hymas. He has been in the lead 3 or 4 times and gone backwards off the podium. He needs to be putting these type of rides in because he’s riding for factory Honda. If he pulls a hole shot, he has a chance, but I have not seen him run it through the field. he does not have that next level speed like Deegan does I don’t care what anybody says that is so obvious. He fades and I could promise you if Deegan ever faded like Chance has they would not be rolling out of red carpet like they have this week for the Honda rider. This weekend he is going to get his doors blown off by 38 mark my words. I’ve never seen somebody get past so fast when Deegan came from pretty much 20th the first couple rounds back. He went past him like he was standing, still sucking wind. I just want people to call it like it is and be ready because Deegan has overall 75% of the rounds this year so please don’t put out there Hymas got this…. like Weege is doing. I just don’t see it people. James has been talking about it. Thing I can get the kid is he gets good starts, and that hides a lot. Let’s get a 10th to 15th start and see what we got. I’m pretty sure Deegan is 100% when pulling a hole shot. I’m not a Deegan fanboy I just want people to look at the obvious and call it like it is. Weege corrected by RC in the booth for trying to say I guess Deegans fitness was off. I’m glad somebody finally spoke up and said I don’t think that’s the case that has never happened. That is why Deegan doesn’t give the media anything and why Hymas has had all these stories written about them this week like he cured cancer. I see Hunter in 100% management mode even when he was leading last weekend. I think he is building his strength. This is my wild theory, when Hunter looks as strong in the bike as he did on the 250 last yr. These boys are in big trouble. Mark my words… I don’t think anyone will be able to run with him when has that strength.
More credit to Masterpol. Outdoors is his specialty as supercross was McGrath specialty. Masterpol has shown his talent and he is going to be getting faster. Deegan will be beaten more often by him. As will Hymas.
Haidens got a huge points gap. Masterpool doesn't matter to him atm. He's clearly got alot more speed than the rest of them. Masterpool has hung on just on the last lap. Another lap in both races and he'd of got beat. Don't forget the gap Haiden come back from at High Point to catch him. Ty is looking good, but you can't say he's suddenly that much faster to be beating Haiden often.

Hunter knew this race was pivotal and gave it his best shot riding out of his comfort zone. Earlier in the season I thought Hunter had the best setup but I think he may be leaning on the team as much as Chase needed to remain in contention until the end. Chance looked like he has been training with Jett the way he jumped that downhill! Haiden can't get comfortable being the man because Chance does have a chance and is finding his flow while Masterpool leverages himself near the top of the Kawasaki charts. El Hombre continues to fight off GenZ looking for factory dollars. I'd love to keep the kids out the studio lol, just cost you a groomed track and some race gas.
I do believe the guy after Haiden will be Hymas and I say that because Hymas has that speed, but his only issue is he gets tired right around 10 minutes left and then 2-4 can catch Hymas and pass if he gets his fitness better, he will be that guy! I also think Shimoda could have passed Hymas at red bud Shimoda had left some out there on the track

I personally don’t think there’s more pressure on Chase than Hunter. They both have some huge shoes to fill. Hunter has to take advantage of his brother not being there, and Chase has to prove to himself that he is the man to beat now that Jett is gone. Hunter cracked this weekend, Chase did not. Who knows, maybe this weekend it’s Chase’s turn to fumble.

There was a slow up hill right turn kicker that they kept showing during the race. Hunters rebound was kicking his butt up off the seat lap after lap and everyone else was on the throttle over that kicker. I know Lars understands suspension set up but sometimes the riders put their foot down and call the shots. From my couch it appeared that Hunters suspension was not as good as riders behind him.
One of the lawrence tricks to speed is running a stiffer rear end than everyone else. Unfortunately it causes wipeouts like Hunters. And also why they do so bad in mud races.
Chase is like a faster, but more mistake prone ryan dungey...he can only win chamionships when the real top tier riders are out. He is the best tier 2 rider in the 450 class but he only won in supercross bc tomac and webb got hirt and he will only have a chance to win this one bc jett is out
Yes, Chase's bike's suspension is FINALLY correct. I think Chase has not been willing to TRUST his suspension guys. Same thing at Honda. Maybe DeCoster got weary of the nonsense and put his foot down.

Chase sexton would have continued to smoke jett all season, its been building since the last 3 rounds of supercross, chase has been the fastest rider on track for the last 8/10 nationals
Lotta folks nay say that but it was mental for chase and likely still will be when jett comes back, but he's bound to knock that barrier down. Problem with chase is he second guesses himself too much and had a hard time committing to a pass. He needs to quit testing the waters for a pass and hail mary it, demand the pass. He has the speed to make up failed attempts but if he stays on that rear wheel pushing different lines it'll push jett to change tactics even more which is when jett makes more mistakes. Jett is sextons new tomac. He's going to have to take a note from previous champs books of get aggressive and demanding with the pass, not saying contact but being assertive with a pass sends a message.

How quickly have people gone from “deegan wont win races” to now “give attention to other riders other than deegan” even when deegan is dominating in points. It’s either deegan won’t win so stop talking about him or deegans winning too much so talk about other riders. It’s been interesting watching everyone’s opinions completely change on deegan the last year. It’s clear his haters just don’t want to hear or see deegan regardless of it he’s winning or loosing. Must really suck to be these people lol.
Well "Tuck the Front" better win it over "Second Rate", other then those two there is nobody really left to race. 450 motocross is another lame duck year, but the 250 class is again the one to watch, go Haiden.
