77 Dodge Monaco

This time I am building another dream of mine. I have a thing for old police cars...Mopars...tv shows...etc. I've always wanted to build a more undercover or plain jane 77-78 Dodge Monaco. The issue I have is the MPC kit has a simple frame and the SUPER deep wheels get me. So, I am combining the MPC Joker Monaco with the AMT 71 Dodge Charger...hopefully it'll turn out well with help from some Fireball Modelworks bling bling...

Thanks BG! I appreciate it! I actually have some new steelies with hub caps coming from Fireball. I think they will look a little better...more fitting. We will see when they arrive.

its totally fun hacking graphing spicing kit bashing sure its time consuming but fun non the less ..i could never leave even my completed models alone when i was younger , Id always rob the wheels or motor and stuff it into another body etc. etc. ..oh and nowadays you need a big ol 440 or hemi into a cop car to beable to catch the bad guys , while your at it slap a turbo or 2 on there really show up the bad guys...lol have fun buddy i'll be looking for a progress video when your ready..
