    Frequently making at home,very simple,just "tikam2" inside the wok. In Sarawak its call Mee Goreng Kuah.. using deep fried Kolo noodles.. Hihihi

    Using Yee Mee out of the plastic bag, no no. Use fresh noodle and deep fried them in oil tastes better ==> called chicken combination in crispy noodle yummy.

      You can find mostly in Minimart or Hypermart . Mostly located at condiment or sauce shelving .

      Hello, I think if you go to a Chinese grocery store and tell them you want fish cakes to stir fry with noodles they should sell it. :)

    • @ShersonLianTV
      @ShersonLianTV  Před rokem +2

      Yup can use the exact same sauce recipe but change it to kueh teow or bihun or both!! :) but you’ll have to fry the kueh teow with some soy sauce and caramel and deep fry the bihoon for the best result!
