Yeah agreed. The way I see it is this is a great tool for pros and semi-pros who want to practice over-the-board chess more frequently. Also could be heavily used in tournaments.

that board doesnt seem practical for rush times when you're low on the clock, u cant premove and u gotta waste time moving ur opponents' pieces so u would be at a disadvantage against someone playing online

26:32 I have also a chessboard with computer (not this one where you can play online) but on my board you can switch colours against a bot. If you are in a losing position, just swap colours! Maybe it also works on that board?

Any problems, being getting ripped off, shoddy products etc, will cast you in a negative light.
Even LTT came under huge criticism when some Kickstarters let their customers down.
You should make it clear that this product has nothing to do with you nor your brand.
There's a joke somewhere about Levy opting to play the Short Variation instead of the Tal Variation, but that's beneath me.
If you're playing online, wouldn't you have to move for both players? Meaning not only are you moving manually, but you're also moving your opponent manually, so you're time is gonna tank with tc. Bullet or blitz, maybe even rapid would be hell against someone playing on a screen
