I thought all the construction to widen the Interstate 64 Beltway going to around Tidewater was going to help alleviate traffic and benefit everyone. Instead, they partitioned the road and set up an express toll lane. How horrible is that? Local, State, and Federal funds to construct and not everyone benefits. Lets not talk about the extortion toll on the 168 Expressway either!
