One thing foreigners often get confused about Indian cuisine is the distinction between Hot and Spicy. In most Western cultures Spicy means more chill and more heat. In India, Spicy means more spices, more flavor and stronger tastes while Hot is Hot.

If you want to eat all of these, be friends with them and then they will invite you at their home to have all of these delicacies. Being from western world, i know you do not have cultural to share food but you should have sense to invite them at your place because Indians love sharing food and build the relationship over it.

India’s best breakfast? Nah! Maybe that’s the best in that region not the entire country. India is a large diverse country with thousands of different ethnic groups and cultures, 100s of different languages and many dialects in each language for every 70 kms, different cuisines and somebody have the audacity to call this 1 dish as the India’s best breakfast.
