To sum it up you need 8th gen hardware i3,i5,i7 using supported hardware you won't face any issues if you use hardware older than 8th gen which is not supported would cause performance issues best to stick with 10. Currently I'm using windows 11 on i3-10110U hardware was hesitant before upgrading but now I can say it's better than 10 but keep in mind you should at least have 8gb ram other than at it feels little snappy.
Ya 8GB ram and SSD Plays a very important role to run windows 11 mre smoothly but keep in mind that in below 8th gen processor windows 11 still works same like windows 10

Resource usage on windows 11 is high so forget about running it on 4gb ram. Out of 16 gb ram only 11.1 gb free ram is available while 4.2 gb is used in compressed memory and rest are hardware reserved. 8 gb is minimum requirement.
In windows 10 you have around 12.6 gb free ram out of 15.9.

Yes bro this is the main problem because system which don't have SSD face this problem my current laptop and desktop also don't have ssd and my laptop run on windows 11 and desktop run on windows 10 but my desktop run more smoother because of windows 10 so it's my suggestion to use windows 10 for now and for further upgrade on SSD (128GB only which costs Rs1000) and then upgrade.on windows 11
