Hello Engr., may I ask lang kapag ultimate punching shear stress ang hinahanap, wala ng phi sa baba? saka yung depth na ginamit, tatama ba sa gitna ng bars o sa pagitan ng longitudinal and tranverse bars?

In design, we always roun-up the number of bars. Kahit na 13.1 bars yan, it will be rounded up to 14.
