    What we are looking for is the simplest thing. It is just awareness; that awareness is already omnipresent, nothing special, but it is pleasant wakefulness in each moment. It is just: I am here, here I am; I exist. It is just that easiness. Trouble is, we are looking for contenment and peace outside of us. The mind complicates our life and being.

    it can not be just "handed out" with words yet words can clearly mark it's supreme qualities, even contemplating them is a path to realizing it!
    -it is UNCREATED, UNCHANGABLE, NONDUAL.. completely self sufficient, not bound and not dependent on anything yet everything else depends on IT to be.. there are some states unbound by form, yet this "place" is neither bound or unbound by form, it is not affected what so ever by form or formless realms, there are many states of joy and many states of sorrow, there are states of communion and states of separation, IT is neither since there is no one else to be in communion with and no one to be separated from.. nor is it a state of extraordinary energy.. since all energy, ordinary or extraordinary, high or low, purified or corrupted by the ego is still just a manifestation before IT, Held in front of every being by IT's supreme power. This is our technical base of all freedoms and capacities.
    May all beings who read this realize it swiftly! Realize you have the power to recognize it, since it exists at all moments without any intervention.
    realize you can practice a path of realization! have faith in the methods and may true power of spiritual enthusiasm and aspiration bring you the realization of your mind's essence! And then! It is not over, then there is only one practice, the direct practice of just sitting and stabilizing in your Supreme Center, of integrating all activity in this State of States.

    She about answers most peoples frustrations with Krishnamurti -- 'Sir, but what is it?' - "Ah, but please don't misunderstand me, it is not!" That of which we speak is not with reference to human consciousness but is known when consciousness realizes itself dissolved and subsumed into not-it!

    The Buddha invites us to behold the Essence of Mind which is clear light and space-like. This essence animates our mortal body but it is not, itself, mortal. It is immortal (amrita). To realize this immortal essence is nirvana.

    Looking at the mind, the mind itself is both observer and observed. The nature of mind is dependend origination where the non-selfexistence of mind is itself seen to be not selfexisting. Hence all grasping for a thing is let go of, the sheer non-selfexistence of anything whatsoever shows that duality is fictional, all shares the same ground, the nature of mind. Practicing the vantagepoint of the ground, becoming settled in it and eventualy being carried by it, as was supposed to be, naturally being. From there everything is accomplished splendidly, simply and freely. :-)

    Thanks. Yes, I know they say that' the best thing. Iknow how to do ''mindfullness'' meditation, where you just observe the thoughts as they arise. A person can do that anywhere, but of course we all get ''hooked'' on desires and wants as they arise, and feelings of attraction and rejection and all that stuff. In ''real'' life we get hooked on our thoughts, they kinda lead us this way and that...

    "Unlike other religions or dogmas..." - that very statement is of the nature of dogma.

    • @JanPapiezGaming
      @JanPapiezGaming Před 9 lety

      Misinterpretation. Unlike other religions or dogmas means only that you can transcend the religions or dogmas which the nature of religion is that to putting effort into keeping dogmas and religion itself.

    • @astralacuity
      @astralacuity Před 9 lety +1

      ***** Exactly, such dogma can be transcended, and my comment was to point out that the transcendence of dogma might resemble an outlook which does not point out relations of 'other-ness' by saying "unlike A, Buddhism (or what have you) has the characteristic B".

    from my western point of view it seam to me to be bad habbit of buddhist tradition, giving this precise numbers, 84 000 is very frequent. 840 000 i've hird first time, maybe it was not intention, but as Freud says, significant mistake. Otherwise my great respect to this teachings in their essence.
