this is INSANE! i am playing the game now and on "WE OUTLAST NOW" area. the bit where you first get the sniper rifle. love the game, and your speedrun is SO DAMN AMAZING! i subscribed and am so happy i found this video
You actually seem like the bad guy while fighting the monster with fire. You burn it so efficiently and mercilessly that it seems like it's screaming out of pain and trying to escape but you just hapen to be right where it tries to escape to.
I can't do speedruns because I get too distracted by wanting to kill everything and pick up every item. XD But in the part around 45:00 where you have to fight Laura, can you just pepper the area around where she spawns before she spawns with some explosive bolts (she died like instantly for me when I did that) or do you not get enough explosive bolts to do that in a speedrun, it seems like it would be something that would save a fair amount of time. I'm not very good at doing the running around and timing things and stuff for boss fights, I'm better at setting a trap or finding some magic spot to be where the boss can't hit me for the fights. :P I never actually finished the game because I got tired of how linear it was and I wandered off to play some different more open world kind of games.
Katnipkitkat (Cthülhu Kthûl'hu) for my liner games are like a book or movie its crafted for the best experience possible. Especially for a horror game. Witch is why ew1 is a Superior game imo
