I like using the pan, but my favorite is the sandwich maker.
It makes the base crispy as the pan but melts the cheese and leaves it a bit toasty.

Best way is to put it on a sheet pan and stick it in a cold oven. Set the oven to 300 and let it preheat. Once the oven is at temp the pizza is perfect, tastes exactly like it did fresh from the first oven.

I used the air fryer, but before heating the pizza up i spray some water on top of the cheese and fry for about 3-5 minutes . The air fryer should only heat up the cheese to the melting point thanks to that layer of water, but the crust is still crispy.

Put the ice cube on top of the pizza, not water. And that'll give you better results.

Heat up the pan *first* while using a microwave on low to take the fridge coldness down.
(I store my leftover pizza in the fridge)
No pan lubrication needed, just crust down on a super hot pan until the slice stiffens to your liking, as the crust gets GBD.
Takes a scant couple minutes at most.
