there are many jobs currently in work from home in pharmacovigilance and health insurance tpa sector as well which require bds graduates,im too working in tpa since 1yr its from home only ,all can give it a try
u can make ur id in naukari com or indeed ,get connected to people on linked in,search for tpa health insurace jobs as medical officer post , they may call u in office fr few days fr training after conducting virtual interview ,or currently can assign u wrk frm home only-paramount tpa,vidal tpa,mediassist tpa are few examples

But working in home with a micromotor n natural tooth pour in a mould, wouldn't be same as in working in a patient rt sir especially on upper molars and all, so how can we improve our visibility n accessibility...
You are right. You will never get the exact feeling of working on a patient by doing this. But the advantage in posterior is you are sure with the access design, you know how to feel the dip, and rough idea of direction of files. In anteriors like lowers no much problems treating the tooth in patients. So practicing in those will make you feel very confident when working on the patient. This is like how much ever virat kohli might feel it very different in the nets and in the game but still the nets helps prepare for it..
Just go to FB and search ida or indian dental association. search the various groups. many regularly post their webinars live. then there are groups such as world dental association run by some amazing indian dentists. they have great webinars. do check that out also.
