You can be a help to someone else who desperately needs exactly what you're needing! What a great interview with truly two of my favorite ladies in the public eye! I’m a 51 year old new Gigi, working mom, pastor’s wife…I so wish I could have listened to this conversation 30 years ago. I still struggle with the mom guilt…the regrets….the should’ves, would’ves, could’ves. I wish I could go back and do some things differently, to be better present in my kids’ lives at certain times. But so thankful for God’s grace in my life and in my kids’ lives. I can trust that the God I serve has always been there for them and always will be. And if I’ve taught them that one truth, then I have succeeded. Continued blessings to you both. And congrats Sadie on the new baby!

Hey!! i really need help with praying over my friends. i have this one friend specifically who is struggling with worldly desire and she is part of our church group but is very lukewarm. i always try to be the best influence but i distanced myself for a while bc she wasnt the best influence around me, who was trying to remain in Godly friendships and relationships. but recently she started talking to me again and idk if God needs me in her life or just to be here to pray for her, but for now i really need help with prayer and how i can do it effectively. thank you!! have a great day! ❤
The truth is your trying to be a perfect mama just be mama it ok if your not perfect but let's them learn to not always get there way.youll still be a great mom.
I will say as a guy that if somebody states you have time off for having a baby, it might be he is trying to make light of the situation maybe not. I’m not disagreeing him speaking out of ignorance though. Love the podcast!

This is not in defiance of anything said in this podcast. It is in agreement, just another point to try to aspire to as Christians. Unfortunately not all moms have it together enough to try to be there for their kids. We all just need to try to support others - other mothers, young women, single parents…this is our call as Christians! Help all we can and lead them to Jesus.
