David Maslach is a research professor of entrepreneurship, innovation, and business strategy, I discuss topics, such as behavioral science, strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and apply these to my new peer proofreading and editing platform. Topics include the sharing economy, altruism, investing in technology, starting a business, and bounded rationality. My favorite videos pertain to incentives, goal setting, and learning from failure to drive behaviors such as weight loss, stopping telemarketers, creating novel technologies, and creating new movements.
r3ciprocity.com: Peer proofreading and editing platform
A new platform where you can earn credits by editing other people's documents. Use these credits to have your own work edited. If you do a good enough job, you can convert these credits to money.
The goal of the platform is to get people to 'pay it forward' and help other people out by creating incentives for people to give back.

Hi. Just received a call from committee. I got the offer. I want to thank you for the video. I watch it a couple of times. I did have some other good signs. Some professors ask me to add their own research interests in my research proposal.

Hope you notice my comment. It is a timely post for me. I am so nervous. I had a few interviews so far in one year. One or two soon. My proposals are improving from time to time. But I am having a hard time understanding what they do really want in my field. My friend got an offer for a PhD position where there were only four applicants. That motivated me somewhat more.

I did my interview and the supervisors liked it a lot. They basically said that I had the position, and then they ghosted me, I did not understand what happened and why they did not notified me.

If I want to send a thank you letter. Three people interviewed me but I don’t know one of them’s email. Can I only send the letter to two of them?

Thanks for your help. I have an interview coming up and I just want to cancel it. I looked at all the past winners of funding from this research council here in the uk and nobody looks like me or is from my educational background. They are all oxbridge students and some have done amazing things. Why on earth do they want to interview me? It makes no sense. I’m nothing compared to these people
