This is most informative and excellent educational CZcams video I have seen for sudden hearing loss and cochlear implant process. I am so grateful that Dr. Wagner shared his story and knowledge with us. I have had sudden sensory hearing loss in the left ear and right ear with profoundly hearing loss. I have been through a traumatic journey of losing hearing that put me in depression and anxiety for 10 months. I am now in a process of getting a CI implant on my left ear at Kaiser in July 2023. I was scare and uncertain of how CI can improve my hearing but Dr. Wagner video provided valuable information that ease my anxiety of CI implants. I am for ever grateful of Dr. Wagner information and I hope my journey to CI implant is as successful as his. Thank you Dr. Wagner, you saved my life, my mental health but most importantly you provided hope for a quality of life after cochlear.
