She’s actually a wonderful mother. She was extremely hurt by what Rob did years ago. She has done SO SO much for all three of her children. They all ended up just fine!

This mom needs help. Daughter, run and don't stop.
I feel like the fact that the husband went to a strip club changed the wife completely. My guess is this is generational meaning her Mom told her this and now she is telling her daughter this.
I think it made her incredibly insecure of who she was. She felt that her husband was dissatisfied with her, because he went out and looked at someone flashing their young body around. Now she thinks she needs to be more high-maintenance of her image and to act younger, otherwise her husband will leave her. It’s sad that this has spiralled so out of control.
I know this family and I’m happy you truly have compassion. Marianne is one of my close friends. I’ve known her for years in our girls were best friends growing up from fifth grade on

This is by no means even remotely funny. What he did broke her mind. Its sad.
In order to get attention i started putting make up and i was so uncomfortable for few moths i usedto cry
But after few months i thankfully left ..and i was never into make up ..but thank god again i became what i was before and in peace . And i remeber my few female friends started insulting me and many of them said u are not fit for our group ..i was always happy with myself and whatever issues ihad it was my own but thankfully i became the same . And honestly yes i was going through a horrific phase and i got myself involved in a wrong situation . Its my fault and i am responsible ..but thankfully somewonderful people i have come across and they helped me to be the person i was . More strength more confidence and of course to have more and more self respect .
Never listen to anyone who tells you how you should you looks. Make up things are for shallow women and men.

This girl needs some sort of therapy to make you think like that there's something majorly wrong.
Going to the strip club *with* your partner is one thing. Going separately, especially being secretive about it, says something is off. My question is, what are you not getting at home that makes you want to go and look at someone like that?

Ugh thats so messed up and I would never ever ever ever take any of my kids to those places and I have never wanted my kids to ever do that but to take good care of themselves and I have never ever had plastic surgery or for my kids to unless they were having medical issues like breast cancer or whatever but I did have someone say that I should however I believe that God made us all naturally unique in his own ways and its good to take care of what we already have been given naturally. I used to dance at the clubs with friends etc where we had dance contests when I was younger where i did flips etc for fun but I would never tell my kids to go do that themselves. My kids and I used to dance to music all of the time in the house while we cleaned laughing etc at each other but thats regular dancing!

The mother needs some serious counseling. I don't condone strip clubs but a man visiting a strip club one time 15 years ago doesn't indicate he went because he no longer finds his wife sexually appealing. The husband likely went with some of his friends to have some fun for a couple of hours. I did once; my wife went to see the Chippendales once. We laughed about our experience and promptly forgot about it. But the part of this story that's angering people is this emotionally disturbed woman pushing her insecurities onto her daughter, insisting on breast augmentation and encouraging her to run out and bang her boyfriend as much as she can or else he'll wander. That's borderline child abuse. People need to learn that men don't base their relationship with a woman on the size of their boobs.
