Yes, my teeth, gums, and even eyesight really improved from diet changes. I always ate healthy, but I started doing no sugar and seven cups of (mostly organic) veg a day and more fats(avocado, coconut oil, cheeses like brie). I likely did three cups of veg before, less fat, and way more gluten free sugar treats that my body collected in my middle and on my teeth. I take D and K2 and a few other supplements too. For me the most helpful one is actually daily nutritional yeast and also collagen. Hard to say what helps with what, I just know I am doing well. I pray everyone reading this does well too. May God bless you with good advice and good health! He cares.

True story. I was diagnosed with factor V ( chronic blood clots) while in army. Doctors put me on blood thinners and it didn’t help much. For years I had bad symptoms. After eating cod liver oil with natto and Europe hard cheeses I noticed a significant drop in symptoms and pain. I also noticed rapid healing of my stress fractures in wrist which wouldn’t heal before. K2 is really a standout vitamin.

Doctors can prescribe anti-depressants. But depression as a disease doesnt exist. This pill is just damage your brain. They can precribe pills to kid for "better focus" and "stay calm" during school but these pills destroy the kids health. Doctors can give addictive drugs to people suffering body pain and they become so addicted they cannot live without it so they pay the big price and their brain is damaged for life. Do not believe the medecine industry at all and be very careful with the american medical industry. Its all benefits minded. They look more about their wealth than your health. I take vitD3 K1 and K2 (4) and (7). I have a cavernous malformation in the center of my brain stem that hemorrhages from time to time. I just had a rather large episode and originally they said I had some calcification in that area due to old hemorrhages. I think I have been doing too much cinnamon, garlic, ginger, curry, turmeric of which I never realized are blood thinners. I'm warned against taking aspirin also. So in order to help with the calcifications, I probably need to be taking more of the K's. Constant frustration that doctors have no knowledge of this. They are good at doing MRI's and cat scans, but you are left with radiation and no answers.

Depends on the individual! A very high dose is in the 10,000's of units (typically for specialized treatments in disease), but everyone absorbs it differently, especially depending on where you live on this globe of ours and how 'dark' your skin is. A dose of 6000ui may be high for some people, but there are others that may need that as a starter in order to get their levels up to where they need to be since Vitamin D needs to be taken over a longer period of time to get accurate results. Targeted blood testing for Vitamin D is the only way to know what 'your level' of vitamin D should be (as your Doctor adds or takes away).

They couldn't suggest what I should be eating as in a menu of some kind. I'm so lost, in my search everything seem to have vitamin D and/or calcium. Dear Deborah.. Vitamin D has a half life of few weeks. Bring a fat soluble vitamin, the levels won't come down immediately. Give it a few weeks. I would say about 6 weeks.
Stay off fish and sunshine for while. Stay very hydrated that your kidneys are not strained and a good quality magnisium supplement should help.. But please don't over do it as you did with vitamin D.
Many don't understand the dangers of high dose fat soluble vitamins.
