Literally within a day of finding this channel I shattered my clavicle and haven't been able to cook. But OMG the minute I can again I'm making everything Spain On a Fork. @@SpainonaFork I made these potatoes this weekend. They were easy to make and very tasty. The hint of lemon was a pleasure to the flavor expectations and raised a potato dish to a different level. My wife had a bowlful and I added an Italian sausage on the side. I couldn't find the Yukon Gold but I used small golden potatoes and I think they did the trick. Can't wait to have some guests to offer them.
