Its good for him to be frustrated in a safe environment, there will be times when hes not in such a comfortable place and someone will make him feel the way Mango does. If it wasnt for these times who knows how hed react, its not always fun to feel that way but you dont always get to decide when it happens, the way I see it it was just his boys helping him grow, in the most immature "the boys" way possible 😂.

Being on the spectrum you tend to lack what's called "social imagination" meaning it's difficult to imagine how other people are feeling or how they will respond to things. So you end up applying an extreme version of the golden rule: treat everyone like they're me. So you understand what you mean by something because it's clear to a more logical and literal mind, so if course the other person will get what you're going for. And if they don't say anything about it then obviously they got it.
